The Offshore division provides down hole and subsea services, such as well plugging, and abandonment and workover services; decommissioning and construction services; and conventional and saturated air diving services. This division offers its services to oil and gas companies and independent operators. The company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.
